A signed service agreement or contract is required before work begins.
Payments are due as outlined in individual contracts. Late payments may incur fees.
No refunds will be issued once work has commenced.
5. Confidentiality & Privacy
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared.
We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of British Columbia.
6. Limitation of Liability
We make no guarantees regarding specific results from our services.
We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or legal issues resulting from the use of our services.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate a contract with written notice, subject to any terms outlined in the agreement.
Work completed up to the termination date must be paid for in full.
8. Third-Party Links & Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
We may use third-party software or platforms to deliver services; clients agree to their respective terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
